Aachen has good national and international train connections. The city has four stations. The main train station is conveniently located in the city centre, Aachen West near the University of RWTH and the University Hospital, Aachen Bulwark connects the south side of the city – and Aachen Rothe Erde station is located in the city’s industrial district to the north.
